Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
Item Description
For many of our listings we use generic pictures showing the design of the product, the actual product is fully compatible with correct camera cutouts for the advertised device. Actual item pictures can also be supplied on request.
We aim to describe the product as accurately as possible.
Payments Policy
We accepts payments in multiple currencies.
Credit/Debit Cards and Digital wallets i.e. AliPay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more are supported.
In order to use your Credit/ Debit Card or Alipay you need to complete the checkout process by manually entering your email address and shipping address. After that you can either choose Paypal or Stripe to process your card payments. We will not have access to your card details.
If you have need another payment option simply contact us to activate it. At the moment we do not accept bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped. Contact Us before 2pm on the day of the expected shipment of your order.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Express service Fees are not refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Returns Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This is applicable to product software, and all types of replacement batteries, memory and media cards. Wireless, Wired or VR Headsets are also excluded; this is due to reasons of hygiene. Screen protectors cannot be returned once the protective layer for the adhesive side has been removed.
Shipping
All orders are shipped on the same day as long as the order is received before 2pm UK time.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
